“The transparent facade admits an abundance of natural light”

A Cohesive and Visually Serene Aesthetic

The distinctive rust-brown secondary façade – featuring an organic, tree-like structure – lends the building a unique and beautiful appearance.

The transparent façade admits an abundance of natural light, creating a pleasant, healthy learning environment and facilitating easy orientation.

Furthermore, the façade’s construction contributes to minimizing energy consumption. The thermal façades offer high levels of insulation, while the weatherresistant metal secondary façade helps to reduce the internal heat load.

For this project, the Novastruct FSX 100 curtain wall system and RT 72 Reflex window system were selected.

To ensure a cohesive and visually serene aesthetic, concealed window sashes were utilized; these also serve to maximize the ingress of natural light.
